More Photos from Epstein's Property Disclosed by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Property blueprints for the financier's secluded tropical island among the released materials.

Additionally contained in this new document release is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.

Epstein purchased a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the larger Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

The released images indicate he had formulated plans to build upon the sprawling island by building residences, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.

You can see the plan is a local waterway, a strait in the region, noted on the bottom right.

This development map is covered in notations in red and includes a legend labelling distinct sections of the property.

In addition to this are what look to be several other property layouts and engineering blueprints, including designs for dock shelters.

Additional materials made public as part of the ongoing congressional process.
